Editor is not responsive on small screens when the side panel is collapsed.

When the side panel is collapsed, the editor is not responsive for small screens, causing the tools properties to overlap the canvas.

The editor loads mobile version for small screens.

When the editor window is resized, the canvas converts into mobile view. Happening only on "latest" (1.111.0)
